| The USC Alumni Association would like to thank all the alumni, family and friends of the University of Southern California who shared recipes or resources for this cookbook. Their involvement in and commitment to USC is clear from the huge response to our requests. Some of these recipes are treasured family keepsakes and others are new favorites. They all reflect a love of good cooking and fond memories, and represent all facets of the Trojan Family. Hundreds of recipes were reviewed and the best was done to acknowledge all contributors.
